Gift Box Punch Board Autumn Box with Tag

What You'll Need:

For All Things stamp set                                            Scalloped Tag Topper Punch

Color Me Autumn DSP                                               Corner Punch

Whisper White cardstock                                          Crushed Curry Baker's Twine

Cajun Craze Ink Pad                                                   Sponge Dauber

Crushed Curry Ink Pad                                              Gift Box Punch Board

 What You'll Do:

Cut Whisper White to 2" x 3".

Punch one edge with Scalloped Tag Topper Punch.

Round opposite corners with Corner Rounder Punch.

Ink Leaf stamp from For All Things set using Crushed Curry Ink.

Sponge edges of stamp using Cajun Craze Ink and a sponge dauber - reink frequently.

Stamp leaf on tag.

Ink Hello Fall stamp from For All Things set using Cajun Craze Ink.  Stamp Tag.  Clean stamp!

Loop Crushed Curry through hole at top of tag.  Tie ends and set aside.

Using Gift Box Punch Board and a 6" x 6" piece of Color My Autumn DSP, create a 1-3/4" square box.

Place Chocolate inside and fold up box.  Loop tag on one side before connecting final two tabs.

Hey There Buds!!

I created this card for my friend and upline, Denise.  I snapped a pic before mailing it off to her!  Isn't it cute?  This is one of my favorite techniques with our new Blendabilities markers!

 

To create this simple card, you'll need the following:

 

Hey There Buds stamp (pg. 125)

Memento Black Ink

Whisper White Craft Ink

Whisper White Embossing Powder

Whisper White Note Card

Melon Mambo Cardstock

Basic Black Cardstock

Old Olive 1/8" Taffeta Ribbon

Basic Rhinestones

Melon Mambo Blendabilities

Old Olive Blendabilities

Heat Tool

 

Here's what you do:

 

Ink up Hey There Buds stamp with Whisper White Craft Ink.  Stamp on Basic Black cardstock.  Sprinkle with Whisper White Embossing powder and heat with Heat Tool.  Set aside to cool.  Once cool, use Blendabilities to color ON the white embossed areas.  This technique really makes your design POP off the black cardstock.  Assemble card as shown.  I colored the rhinestones with my Melon Mambo Dark marker before adhering them to my card.

Beautiful Bookmark Card

Do you ever need a card with a bookmark?  Maybe you're giving a bookstore gift card, or you're in a book club or know someone who just loves to read?!?

 

This is a great project for you!  The coolest part is that the bookmark is part of the card and then detachable for your recipient!  How awesome is that?!?

What you need:

Kinda Eclectic set
Choose Happiness set
 2014-2016 In-Colors (Blackberry Bliss, Hello Honey, Lost Lagoon, Mossy Meadow, & Tangelo twist) in cardstock, ink, and stitched satin ribbon 
Whisper White cardstock
Scalloped Tag Topper Punch      
Linen Thread
Rotary Arm Attachment with Perforating Blade   
SNAIL

What you'll do:

 

·       Cut cardstock to 5.5" x 10.5". 

·       Score at 4.25. 

·       Using perforating blade on rotary arm, perforate at 8.5".

·       Using Scalloped Tag Topper Punch, slide cardstock into punch and line up edge of card with one of the side divets on underside of punch.  Check out this great video tutorial here:

·       Cut 2 pieces of White cardstock to 3.75" x 5".  Cut a third piece of White to 1.75" x 4.5".

·       Stamp front of card, insert, and bookmark piece using 2014-2016 In-color ink pads, Kinda Eclectic, and Choose Happiness stamp sets.

·       Attach all three panels using SNAIL

·       Thread Stitched Satin ribbon through bookmark hole.  Tie Linen Thread around Satin ribbon, close to bookmark.  Trim ends.
